just received your alert that someone was checking our credit. Our credit lines have been on freeze until yesterday when we put the freezes on a short hold and applied for a new credit card. Banking company had software issues preventing on-line log-in access.
Resolution required password change and multiple answers to security questions to identify me over the phone.
Within minutes of completion of call, Norton Life-Lock sent me a text alert regarding an action to open or access my account had occurred. They were able to even repeat the exact security questions my bank had asked me moments before! Impressive!
How comforting it is to know they have my back!
I don't consider this service an expense, rather it is an investment!
