From bad to worse

My brother has been experiencing identity theft for over two years. He has been using Life Lock for over a year with no resolve. Not only has the problem persisted it has gotten worse. Now the theif has acquired his work deposit information and now he has to fight with his employer to get his money deposited to him. Every time he changes his deposit information the theif changes it to an another account. He has a claim with Life Lock that is over a year old. It has been and continues to be a nightmare. My accounts keep disconnecting and when I try to reconnect it says "Technical error" I tried calling support, I was told by a recording to go to the verify site and generate a code. I went to the verify site and the "Generate Code" button was dead, it did NOTHING when I clicked on it. I finally got through to support (no easy task) and they were completely incompetent. I can only imagine the lengths I would have to go through with Lifelock if my identity was stolen. I know this review will only generate a canned response to call customer service, but customer service has already proven to be useless. My only option is to cancel my account and find another service.

While I was actively working with JPMC to fix a problem I had with online banking, I received two phone calls and two emails from LifeLock about identity verification detection. You guys are great! It took me 14 times to get into my account. Your system does not send emails out properly!!!!!!! Your system does not accept email addresses as a UID though it says it does. Your cell phone tree does not accept all keyed in answers!!! Try out these things yourself! Do not just take my word for it! Extremely frustrated. I have shared this info with another person too.

Alert was very late

I have subscribed to your service for years and I noticed this alert is very late. The credit inquiry was done in 9/20/2024 and the alert finally appeared on 11/3/2024. Why the delay? My credit inquiry was ran on 9/20/2024 and should have triggered an alert. If this was identity theft, 1.5 months later is too late for monitoring service.
