Offshore Support is Horrible & Cannot Maintain Monitoring

I have been a LifeLock customer since before Norton bought the service. The customer support, under Norton, has become absolutely horrible! For many months I have been trying to have one of my financial institutions reconnected for monitoring... even though "success" shows after each attempt, the institution remains disconnected for monitoring. Throughout this ordeal, I've tried, over & over, working through customer support... when you finally get to a real person, the rep speaks...at best, spotty and broken English. When I ask, and a promise is made for a USA-based customer support rep to call me back, no such English-speaking rep ever calls. Don't waste your time with Norton LifeLock.

disappointed in service--two reasons 1. Received two ID alerts for July 1st. involving P11 at JPMC at 11:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time. Statement said that I should contact JPMC at the email address or phone number below. Ha, ha, ha, neither was below so I do not know who to contact. 2. Called customer support @ 8:30 August 10th. Very difficult and time consuming to get to a "live person" instead of the robot answering the call. When I finally did talk to an agent, explained my situation, she said that she was checking. BUT...she hung up on me. Is this the service I can expect from Norton considering the high cost of your service?

I was phished and told by the local police to sign up for LifeLock. I signed up and paid $375 for one years subscription. After signing up the phished stole $11,700 from my account. Lifelock is a total scam and a farce! Keep your money and don't sign up!

Based on the alert messages in my email I have zero confidence that I am actually getting messages from a secure site. I have contacted support and they say, it's just how it works. I clicked on the link to say it was me and a browser opens with random code and asking me to click on another button to take me to the "link" This is something I would expect from a phishing website.
