Someone got my ATM card information and charged over $800 on DoorDash and over $50 on PayPal. I don't even have a PayPal account. My bank did a fraud report and returned my money. I had to cancel my credit cards and purchase a iOS phone. What happened?

Confusing!

I received an alert today. I accidentally pressed yes, thinking it would show me the alert, but yes means delete it! Now I can't get it back and am unable to contact support to help me find the alert. I'm very frustrated with what seems like a farly logical/reasonable task...

For some reason the aol account ID shows instead of gmail and when I tried to open the gmail it wouldn't take with that information. There is no telephone number provided to call for assitance.

As a senior I have been STRUGGLING FOR OVER A YEAR TO GET ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS.One tel number on google hung up on me just about two minutes after requesting some answers. Another appeared to be a scammer. I can't afford to get no or self serving help. I was just charged $170.99 a couple of weeks ago with a huge increase, yet I still have no way to gets into my vault and ask about why my new charge is so high while I get no upgrade. So I was advised to cancel my membership before the 60 days have passed. Since was unable to do it online, I canceled my renewal through my bank. I will need my payment back. TY

I thought I was a member of and got service from Norton. I get notices from Norton and from Lifelock. I wish you people could figure out who you are. Your dual business identity is annoying and frustrating.

I have been trying to talk to someone about Robinhood causing my identity to become compromised since 12/28/2024. It is 1/2/2025. Despite calling, chatting emailing, texting, several times, each day since. I have not been able to speak to a human at Life Lock. Strongly suggest using something else for your identify protection.
