Shameful Service for Deceased Customer

Company failure to respond/refund for deceased family member's account. Multiple phone calls & emails over 6 weeks time. Nothing. Have a case number but that seems useless. Intend to file BBB report as well. Unacceptable.

Terrible customer service

After over an hour on the phone with customer support representative (based off-shore) trying to resolve a security alert and respond to email from LifeLock - problem still not resolved and actually made worse. As a long time customer, I am immediately closing my account. Obstacle after obstacle placed in my way, while at the same time promoting fear about possible identity breach. Then after transfer to another person (also off-shore) asked to re-verify everything again, then finally being told could not provide the information I was seeking. WASTE of TIME and MONEY!

Difficulty accessing actual alert

My Wife received alert via email , no text . Accessed portal , and as soon as account loaded , the dashboad page flashed on briefly then was replaced by a white screen with a blue rotating circle in the middle. When I attempted to call your customer support line , I had to set thru numerous insurance adds and I attempted to dial an operator for customer support and ended up hanging up on what initially sounded like a person , but ultimatlely sounded like AI and talked over the top of me . I later located another support number , and after being on hold for a long time , a representative was able to explain the credit inquiry alert . We still are unable to get the portal to operate properly on my wife's account . The portal operates perfectly fine on my account . We are accustomed to better service from LifeLock .

Life Lock does an excellent job of informing you that there is a possibility of fraudulent charges or use of credit nearly a month later. In every situation that I have been alerted it has been literally weeks later; we recently just bought a new car and over three weeks after the purchase Life Lock informs me by blowing up my phone and email to inform me of a new item on my credit report. Fortunately Life Lock comes free with my Norton but I would never pay for it, talk about a day late and dollar shot in Life Lock's case it is several weeks late, they should calls themselves Life Late.

Lifelock is nooo good, we signed up and when we got hacked they never never never got hold of us to let us know our bank fraud dept got hold of us. We have canceled, save your money people they are a rip off!!!!!
