It was difficult to find a way to speak with a live person. There was no indication when I finally was able to get a phone number to call that it was going to be so long waiting on hold. You need to let the caller know if there is going to be an extended wait time so I can prepare for an extended wait time. However, when I did speak to Agent Ice, she was very helpful resolving my issues and explaining the process better about how to handle alert notifications on my account. It was a long time to get the results, but this time the agent was great assisting me.
