In December, 2024, a checking account was opened in my wife's name. We are both members. We did not receive any...none...not one...notification of this action, as you say we should have and you look out for.

I requested a one time passcode to be sent to my email address on file at least 6 times. No passcode was sent. You asked if I would dismiss the alert for an account beig opened. I thought I knew what account it was , but wanted to look to be sure. I never got the passcode...never could get into my account to view. The next thing I knew, you Dismissed the Alert. I never got access.

If your company supposed to be monitoring my account and my husband's then why do many times that I have been with lifelock not gotten any alerts until I finally go into my accounts to see that they are disconnected!!! I've called before your company only to be told that my bank could have rejected it. Why when this happens can your company not send out an email or text telling me this? It's very frustrating that when my accounts are connected again I get sometimes up to 100 alerts marked for the same date that accounts were connected!! Asking if I made these transactions? This is something your company needs to work on or I'm going to cancel. Hopefully you take these comments seriously!

I received two alerts one for my husband and one for myself. I tried to login, they wanted to send a one time passcode, I never got it. I called and held for 20 minutes and never got a response I am totally disgusted.

A cc company notified us they lowered our credit limit. We hadn't used it in a few years and didn't care. Weeks later Lifelock sends email alerts. -Weeks later. That is the only alert we have had from them in years and it's weeks later. Just what good is that? I thought Lifelock was supposed to be on top of things? This change was not life changing for us but if this is how they "protect" unusual activity in our credit, I am really NOT impressed. Over priced and no way to respond to their emails. If they are so far behind the curve on a simple change, it makes me wonder what good they would be if something really happened that we needed the security. Obviously, I am really irritated and not sure they can be trusted.

With this being a change to your valid cc, it first has to be update with the credit bureaus before any company other than the bank that holds the account will be advised of the changes. I called yesterday to ask about two alerts that were sent to me through email. It was very difficult to get through. Touching "9" did not seem to work. The first call was disconnected. I called again and was finally sent to an agent. The agent was helpful but I still did not get an answer to my questions, and I did not say for sure that "Yes, it was me," so it should not have been dismissed.
