I think that life-loc is a great app to have and keeps me in constant contact with possible fraud etc. I was alerted and went to respond that the alert was ok and unfortunately hit the wrong answer - I tried to correct the error on my phone and had trouble - so I called the land line number provided and was helped immediately- the problem was resolved and my answer corrected. I was pleased and relieved at how easy this situation was resolved. Thank you Alexander !!!
