you send me an alert that there's a new account on my credit reports. I log in to read the alert and all it says is a new account was added. You don't provide any details about what you see being added. I did add a new account recently, but from your alert I have no way of knowing if this is the account you are seeing or if there is some other new account added. So i just clicked the button saying this was me on the assumption that what you're seeing is the new credit card account I opened. But there's no way through the information you provided to be 100% certain.

Answering transaction alert in android app.

Received a transaction alert. Opened lifelock app. Read information on alert. When got to bottom of alert yes and no buttons appear. There wasn't a question for the yes or no on the app. Hard to answer without a question. Logged in on my laptop to look on alert there found question and answered it. You need to make sure on app that the question appears.

Every day a new alert from a different credit bureau. All about the same credit issue. I'm sure all the credit bureaus get this at the same time, why can't this be one alert instead of one every day?!

Not flexible with changing plans

The salesperson said we had 30 days to change plans however to do so you must cancel/refund current plan, loosing all data. And sign up for new plan, re-enter all data again. For such a high tech company that is protecting all our info I now have doubts about their capabilities when they cant simply change a plan from family to individual without all the re-work. The ultimate plus plan is not worth it if you have a chrome book or if you have a family member that can not utilize all the features (ie. parent without credit cards or phone/computer).

The major problem I find with LifeLock is I can't understand what they are saying. When I Initially called I spoke with a person that spoke American style English but if you call with a problem your put on the phone with someone that speaks English as a second language. I can't understand them so I cancel my account with them
