I am on my 3rd or 4th call in an effort to change my Norton 360 subscription to Lifelock Ultimate Plus. It can't be done online and I keep getting referred to different numbers. I have now been on hold for 45 minutes as opposed to most tech companies that offer call backs.

This activity was NOT performed by me contrary to the summary I received. I did NOT answer any questions that were used to verify my identity. I do not know who or what nbddp is. The chat function and the agents I spoke with were not helpful at all. I was trying to understand the alert and am no better informed now than when I started.

Very long wait time/ hard to understand non U.S. support wor

I had to wait app 30 minutes before aLifelock assistant came to the phone. Then she was very hard to understand because her english/dialect was very hard to understand. I have heard this from others that pay for Lifelock. Your service is too hard to use. If i had an emergency and needed Lifelocks help, i would be out of luck. Also, when i ger on to run a scan, etc, i see an"alert" there that i have to get into my account to check. However there is no Alert showing.?? I am very frustrated with Lifelock service. If your wait time continues to be this long and without U.S. based assistants, your service is unusable for me, and probably most older customers trying to understand the broken english of your assistants. I and many others need to be able to speak with someone we can understand. Do you have a way to speak with someone in the U.S.???

I had a terrible experience with Maria, who could not understand of follow along with the conversation. I am reporting a fraud that was placed on my account and is showing on my credit report from Credit One Bank. It was opened on 10/7/24. Maria advised me not to worry about it because I didn't open it!! I want someone to help me or I will close this account!
