Good service overall, agents are courteous but they force to endure a 20 plus minutes phone conversation so you can get your subscription canceled. I would like much better if canceling a subscription was as fast and easy as starting a subscription. Other than that it's a good company.

I am very disappointed in that I called to clear an alert and had questions about my plan. The person I was forwarded to was unacceptable due to my not understanding her and her not understanding what I wanted. I asked several questions and could not get a response. I had to hang up and try again and was able to get some clarification but not all. I will keep this plan for now but I don't think I will renew it.

I received a new alert just awhile ago. It said to immediately look into this new alert. It took me 10 minutes to get into my account saying unable to get into account now or refresh it try later. It would not let me refresh. I tried several times and got into my account finally. Then I answered and "dismissed" showed up. I did not click on dismissed. This was Very stressful. I did get in finally and this was from last May that I had a new equifax report from a new credit card. I also did have the fingerprint access, but today I did not. Confused. Please make this easier so i can do this easier and not worry.

I tried to update an error on Norton website, on an Alert that I inadvertently checked as "Yes" I did that. I tried for a couple of hours ON HOLD and finally gave up. In a second attempt, I was able to get through to an agent using the "Sales" link and asked for assistance in correcting my error and was advised that "Norton" does NOT DO THAT and needed to contact "LIFELOCK" for that!! OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!! I went back online to Norton and looked at the 'Archived' alert list and see that it comments that an alert was being disputed but DOES NOT indicate which alert and at the same time, the alert in the Archived list STILL SHOWS as being "OK'd" Your system is causing me to seriously consider cancelling this service and take my chances with another firm.
