You keep on asking me for more money to protect my personal info. I am a poor woman who has to watch how I spend my money. You have been very helpful, patient, and kind to me. For that I am most grateful. But I cannot keep on paying Norton nor Life Lock extra money. I am also uncomfortable with allowing your agents to use remote to help me out. For now; I have no other complaints. I appreciate all that your employees have done for me. Let me know what you can do; if anything, about what I have said with the comments I have made here.
