I have had 2 problems. I have been told that a more knowledgeable person would get in touch with me. That has NOT happened.
And I paid for the expensive LifeLock.
What gives?
I am so disappointed and will probably think long and hard about renewing.

It has been months since I've had an alert even though there were many events that should have generated an alert.. I called to complain and there was a problem accessing my bank accounts. I get that, but why wasn't I notified of this. I was assured everything was working properly. That was months ago and still no alerts even though there have been many events that should have generated one. I am supposed to be getting text and email alerts. Nothing. I feel as though I have wasted my money. I find it ironic that the only alert I have received from them has been to renew my coverage.

I'm finding another company, your people are not trained like they used to be. I can't put in certain cards or local banks!!!!!!!! Their answers are vague as your customer service people don't know enough.
Way too many loopholes
You used to be the best, I have brought you significant business by my recommendations, but no longer! Guess you have grown so much you don't care about losing a few good customers, and your price for what I get is way out of line!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in the country and have a local bank, unaffiliated with any major bank. Dec 31, 2015 my debit card was compromised. I had fun getting a new card, waiting for it to come, notifying everyone. I even called Lifelock. Lifelock did not know a thing about my compromise because they only cover major banks and credit cards. For this i pay over $100 per year. What would you think if it were your security company?

If it weren't for Chase calling me to see if I was using my credit card two time zones away, I would have never known it. Once again, LifeLock was silent and ineffective. What a waste of money the subscription to this marketing scam has been. Twice burned. Never again

Today I received an email from LifeLock saying they had good news - that they protected my accounts and identity for another month. NOT TRUE. I had a fraudulent charge on a credit card where the thief used my account to purchase a gift card. I have never purchased gift cards online. So, exactly how does this LifeLock thing work and what can I expect from them if they missed this?
