I have been very happy with this service and it gives me peace of mind should anything ever happen . . so far I have been lucky but I have friends and relatives that have not had good luck . . it is very difficult to restore your identity on your own and feel so much better that should I need it I have someone helping me . . it is worth the money for the protection and updates that you will get.

We were at a place of business making some changes, when we we're called from Lifelock just to let us know about the changes being made on our account. That proved us, Lifelock was on the ball. I and my husband have been members for a while. We joined because of all the hacking that was being done, not only on your banking accounts, personal ID, but also on your mortgage company. Our mortgage company was hacked about 6 years ago. We were okay but a good friend and co-worker wasn't. He had a horrible time getting his ID and credit straightened out. We joined Life Lock then to protect ourselves. Now we have peace of mind which means a lot to both of us.

They have been great and answered any questions that I have had. Several years ago my credit card was stolen and they told me exactly what to do and to get back to them if there were any problems. It set my mind at ease knowing they were there to help me and would do everything to get it settled if it came to be a problem. This was on a Christmas eve and could have spoiled the holidays but knowing they were there to help made it all go away. (The worry). I would recommend this to everyone in this day and age.

I find that having LifeLock gives me a peace of mind knowing that they are watching over me. They let you know if there is a problem long before you would have been aware of it otherwise. They monitor different sights that I wouldn't be able. You receive alerts when yet another business have their records, accounts, email hacked so you are aware that information could be at risk.
