I joined via the web and did the setup that way as well. I had trouble connecting to my bank and my help request wasn't acknowledged immediately. I call the help number and was impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and helpfulness of the agent. Meanwhile my electronic help request was acknowledged as well. I received an alert today so know it is working.
