I had an ID theft situation in Oct 2012. I struggled to handle it myself for a couple of months and wasted so much time, not to mention how overwhelmed I became with how to deal with everything. Then I called Lifelock and it has been a life saver! Seriously, if you ever an ID theft happen to you, it is a nightmare.....please get Lifelock before it happens! Love LifeLock!!! When I found out someone was using my personal information to open an account in another state, that is when I contacted LifeLock. They walked me through what was needed and I gave the information that was requested. The only thing that is very important is to update your information when it changes...the service is only as good as the most up to date information you provide.
