Lifelock detected fraudulent activity on my credit. Within10 days thieves started trying to open up approximately 10 accounts with my name, dob and SSN. Lifelock notified me and started doing several investigations into these activities. I was notified by email or telephone of their actions and preventive measures. They contacted all necessary companies and restored my credit. I told several of my coworkers about Lifelock and their professionalism and now they are Lifelock members!!

American Express contacted me about charges to my account from Australia and England. These were invalid so my card was cancelled and a new one issued. I have no idea how this happened. I never let my cars out of my sight. I do not use them in restaurants or any where it would be out of my sight. I am the only person on this account. Other wise I have had no problems.

I was interested in LifeLock from the time I saw the first ads on TV. I really thought the cost was much higher than what it turned out to be, or I would of been a member from day one. LIFELOCK is surely true to their word! It something's not right with my Identification, or credit, they notify me right away and send out alerts if there's a breach in any company that I'm associated with. So far I haven't had any problems and I'm a very happy about it!!

My ID was stolen when a foreign country (Red China) hacked my employer's HR servers. My employer gave me a year of Experion but its services and report pales in comparison to Lifelock. Lifelock made it easy to sign up. It's easy to read their alerts and warnings, and I find I can feel at ease having them looking out for me. Great product, Great customer service!
