I had an alert from lifelock on fraudulent activity. I called life lock and the alert agent was exceedingly helpful. She called the merchants and found that there was an actual fraudulent credit application opened without my approval. She managed to get the company to stop the application and get the credit file removed. I am now in the process to file a police investigation on the matter. I am so greatful to lifelock. I'll never give up my membership. Thank you lifelock.

While I appreciate Lifelock's many services, some things seem to fall netween the cracks.. like my recent experience with a credit card that was apparently compromised. I never heard from Lifelock, and it took 10 days for the card issuer to notify me. Fortunately nothing bad hPpened in that period.
