You never expect to have to use LIfeLock but happy they were there when we needed it. We had a problem with someone possibly taking our identity and the help we received from Jennifer and Valerie we feel a whole lot better that we have LifeLock behind us. I think this is a great service but for the price I pay I don't see why I can't check all 3 of my credit scores monthly. Only one can be checked monthly the other 2 only update once a year.
