I received 3 alerts. I called Lifelock, was told the wait time was approximately 9 minutes, which it turned out to be. After hearing my story, the rep I initially was connected with said he would transfer me to the appropriate department to handle my situation. The person I was put in contact with was named Dlecia and she was wonderful to work. She worked through each of the 3 alerts in a very methodical and professional way. She set up conference calls with reps from each of the 3 businesses involved and stayed with me throughout the entire process which took an hour. There was 1 fraudulent account application and 2 fraudulent credit applications. 1 credit application had already been denied due to the 7 year alert Lifelock had previously helped me establish. Dlecia also made sure that the 3 credit inquiries that had been submitted to the credit agencies were removed. I have been a member of Lifelock since May, 2013. My previous experiences with them have all been very good. This is the first time I have had to deal with multiple alerts and I.am very grateful for having people the quality of Dlecia to work with. With Lifelock Ultimate, I can rest assured that my credit is safe and actively being monitored 24/7. Recently had a credit inquiry pop up and they quickly notified me and LifeLock followed up with creditor to find out someone had opened a new account under my name. My recent question was answered to my great relief and I will follow all suggestions of being watchful with all accounts. It is good to know I can sleep easier with the knowledge that LifeLock has my back and security covered. My query was small in stature to other huge issues that LifeLock deals with 24/7, but I was given royal treatment and I would tell anyone to "Use LifeLock to lock out Cyber Crooks!" As long as I've been with LifeLock I really don't know which one I have, but to me it seems as if I have the ultimate because LifeLock has really been there for me, letting me know if and when someone is trying to scam me. So I find LifeLock to be worthy of the praise and that's why I sent the email because it's good to hear from and to know no one is using my bank accounts, or my Social Security or anything that will cause me A debt that I do not know anything about so again thank you LifeLock.
