Since Norton has taken over this company their service is no longer world class. Trying to get help, impossible, trying to get your account switched around, FRUSTRATING & in six months reverts back to where you started. Now I find out you are involved with China. Looking for another service.

This has to be the most frustrating thing I've gone through. When I log in, this stupid, pick out the pictures that pretain to, let's say a Bike. Now, I don't get all of them right and it makes you do it again! I will be canceling soon. Ever since Norton has picked up LifeLock it has been a huge disappointment for me.

I have very common accounts like Capital One and Citi Bank, but I am constantly getting notices that my accounts are not being monitored. When I call - LifeLock makes excuses. I have NO confidence that my info and accounts are safe.

My husband and I joined Lifelock many years ago when it was affordable. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I cannot even get into my account at all. I have changed my password, done the "I am not a robot" thing, and still cannot access my account. There is no use in having this if I cannot check my credit score or answer any other inquiries. I am definitely "locked" out.

TOTALLY NON-RESPONSIVE...MY ACCT WAS HACKED A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, LIFELOCK CANX IT AND WAS SUPPOSED TO REINSTATE IT...THEY WERE SURE THERE WITH OPEN HANDS TO COLLECT THEIR ACCOUNT FEES...BUT NEVER REINSTATED THE ACCT. I SENT EMAILS, A LETTER, MANY REQUESTS ON LINE AND NOTHING! I STILL GET ALL KINDS OF EMAILS FROM THEM BUT THEY CAN'T BE ADDRESSED, SAYS MY ACCT IS NON-EXISTANT! IF YOU DO GET THRU BY PHONE, THE REPRESENTATIVE CAN'T UNDERSTAND THE ISSUES LET ALONE SOLVE ANY PROBLEMS.

Hard to know these days whether it is Lifelock or Norton or what. Signing in is hard and sometimes impossible. I was charged for something I do not know what it is. Notifications of fraud, etc., are sometimes a month after the fact.

Difficulty reaching a representative then if you do it difficult to understand their accent. Resolution always seems to be "upgrade you plan" At a higher cost! Wife did this still of little Assistance!

First, LifeLock uses the pick the pictures of the items using several screens to get verification. Does not work well on IPhones or IPads. Old style security. Change to send a code to text / email then enter code at sign in. Second, monitored financial institutions drop off of monitoring all the time. Reconnecting doesn't always work. If you try to reconnect too many times, your financial institution locks you out. if these items are not fixed soon (next few months, I'm moving on.
