Why would A credit check from consumer cellular take down my credit score when I got a better deal with consumer cellular that I had with Sprint? Also, my husband and I have the very same accounts and I am in charge of paying the bills so why is his credit score 809 and mine is 729?

I have confidence this product is no doubt working as I've got an alert of a new account opened in my name and I did clear that alert through the email sent that it was in fact myself that opened up a new checking account. It comes back and tells me alert dismissed. Then the very next day, I get the same alert. I don't like getting repeated alerts that I've already responded to, and received a note telling me it's been dismissed. I don't need false alerts after the fact.
