Someone opened an account in my name with Verizon.. Lifelock notified me and asked if that was me, when I said no, their resolution team started immediately working on my case. Within a short period of time I was notified that my case had been resolved. Everyone is so very polite and courteous making me feel that I mattered. I feel very safe with lifelock on my side.

I feel protected I love the people in the company. I feel well protected and they deliver what they promise but I just wish they would be the ones to contact the credit bureau's for us instead of us having to call them ourselves and contact the financial company involved in a breach or black-market.
