It is with great peace of mind that I write this review. Earlier this year I experienced a attempt by some one to take out a loan in my name. LifeLock alerted me to the activity, I was able to see that this was not me, Life Lock followed it up and nipped the application attempt in the bud! After having my ID stolen the Police recommended I apply to LifeLock to prevent further fraud. After submitting my application I was immediately informed of over 6 credit inquiries in the next 2 weeks. Wisthout LifeLock all these accouts would have been opened in my name and the hassles of trying to correct this on my own after the fact would have been very frustrating. Well worth the cost to prevent this in the first place. LifeLock then called me back a month later to take all the inquiries off my record with the actual companies that had applications in my name so that it would be "Red Flagged".

I also have had annoying phone calls from people trying to take me to court for not paying my income tax which was a scam and I called Life lock and gave them the phone number (which was a Washington DC number but they sounded like Orientals) and Life Lock took care of the matter.
