I left your company because you kept kicking out my bank accounts (USAA & US Bank - in my opinion very stable and large banks) monitoring saying it was the banks fault - BS. Your notifications of transactions some times took three days - BS. Every time I logged out properly, when I went to log back in your system told me I didn't log out correctly and it was my fault - BS

Way Overpriced -- Discover Identity Theft is way better for same or similar benefits with all American Call Centers. Life Lock does not have any American Call Center support and they are not helpful as most I received have all been from Philippines and are not helpful, never solve anything and going off call scripts. Save money and check out Discover Identify Theft --- I am shocked they charge nearly $700 a year for this service.... Alerts are never as in-depth as other similar companies that offer comparable packages. -- Never again as they would not help me with authentication concern I solved after 2 weeks of returned calls without help.... HORRIBLE!!! Never again

Lifelock has gone downhill since its purchase. Its services have always been overpriced, but now, it is a poor value. Plus, its greatest strength, customer support, has gone overseas. So communication is now difficult if not impossible.

In the last 3 years I have 2 loans and it took Lifelock a year to notify me of the someone checking my credit yes that was 12 months later. On the second load it took them 4 months and I know that this company check on my credit 4 months before Lifelock ask if it was me. Think about all the damage someone could have done if I wasn't always checking my stuff. And why do they bill your credit card a good 6 weeks before the subscriptions expires. I see a lot of ads about what they do but so far I haven't seen the same for me.
