My citi credit card number was stolen by a crook and he/she started buying things. Lifelock did not inform me of this. Citi card fraud dept. called me and asked if I was making these purchases. Citi card handled everything, lifelock did nothing.

Last month my primary credit card was frozen due to a fradulant use. You new nothing about it until you tried to charge my monthly fee, then you only told me to call a number to correct my credit card information
