WE HAD OUR MAIL STOLEN WITH CHECKS BEING USED....WE DID NOT HAVE LIFELOCK THEN BUT WE WERE DIRECTED BY A CO WORKER TO YOU.
WE HAD A HOLD PUT ON ALL OUR ACCOUNTS FOR 6 MONTHS. WE DURING THAT TIME APPLIED FOR A LINE OF CREDIT....I RECEIVED A CALL WITHIN A VERY SHORT TIME. ( WE DO NOT TEXT OR HAVE ANY MOBILE DEVICES). I received a telephone alert today which scared the bleep out of me. I had just signed up for internet, cable and phone services with a new carrier not more than 30 minutes before i recieved the alert. I had forgotten I had Life Lock. They alerted me that an account was being issued from this new carrier. Wow, the service was fast and professional. Can I keep Life Lock with my new carrier. Please, someone let me know!! Service was great!!!

Good morning!! :) I, Trevor, want to thank you for the alert, via phone & email. Ironically, I didn't go to sleep until 4:00 a.m. (I know: t.m.i.) & I didn't hear the phone ringing. I had my ocean wave machine on for a much more sound sleep nitely. I was woken up by my friend/roommate around 9:15 a.m. re: "LifeLock calling me about a compromise...." I had been doing research last nite re: switching from Time Warner Cable to DirecTV. So I chose to switch & "bundle" w/ the latter around 8:00 p.m. E.S.T. The lovely female rep wanted my SSN for a search.... In essence, I had LifeLock Advantage & recently downgraded to the standard level to be more cost-effective, etc. Despite the warning from y'all a little long after my phone call w/ the DirecTV lady, it's better than no alert at all. Thank you so much for keeping me & others "safe." Please take good care of yourselves. Sincerely, Trevor :)
