Service was good for about the first year. When it was renewed, the alerts became sporadic and for a period of time stopped altogether. I contacted Lifelock and they indicated the problem was with my bank. I emailed my bank and told them of the issue. Of course as most big banks are wont to do, they never got back to me. Alerts are sporadic again. I am receiving about 1 out of 10 that I should be alerted to. I guess the only satisfactory solution is to look for another Identity Protection Plan that can provide satisfactory service that assures you they are doing what they tell you they will dol

I suppose it works. I really have no proof. Trying to sign in and discuss anything or get any information is almost impossible as the security protocols are too stringent to simply communicate with staff.

You sent this e-mail (saying no threats had been found) several days after my bank accounts had been hacked and both checking accounts (and their debit cards) had been blocked. At that point, I had opened one new account and was middway to opening another. I had temporary debit cards for both and new cards were in the mail. You never noticed.
I had a fancier (more expensive) version of LifeLock, but you always wanted confirmation if I wrote a large check but never noticed when I got a new credit cards.

On Feb. 12,2016 my Capital One Master card was used to make 2 fraudulent charges. I was alerted by Cap. One, not Lifelock.

You said you found nothing this past month. Well someone managed to use one of my credit cards somehow from an online purchase I guess and way we had to closed that account and get a new one................................I'm sure you try to keep up with this kind of thing but I think no one company can any longer. Too many people trying to find ways to use other people's money. I haven't decided to remain with your company or not. I would think it near impossible to try and do what your company says it does.............
