EXTREMELY difficult to get through to anyone. When I did respective repeated the same thing over and over like he couldn't understand my response. Also accent hard to understand but could do so, hence no need to be so annoying repeating the same thing over and over. Did not call in with urgent call. Hate to think of how hard getting through in an emergency would be. Couldn't be more difficult unless hung up on.

When I discovered that my identity had been compromised and was being used to apply for unemployment benefits, I could not find a way to even notify LifeLock. It made me wonder why I was even paying LifeLock.

My info was found on the "dark web". Lifelock sent me an alert the day after someone used my email account to get into my Crypto currency account and drain everything from it. When I called Lifelock they told me I was out of luck, they don't help with Crypto breaches, which they talk about in the very fine print but of course not in any of their advertising. Had I been smart enough to read through everything I wouldn't have gotten it.
When I contacted Lifelock after my Crypto account was hacked I was told I was out of luck. They didn't lift a finger to help me. They did nothing that I couldn't have done myself without paying money. I got other notices from free services warning me about the breach.
Save your money and monitor your own accounts, especially if you have Crypto accounts. Very disappointed in their service. Complete waste of time and money.

Poor customer service. Too much to put in this space. I would have given a ZERO if allowed. Not finished with lifelock, letters to follow. Been cheated for years (a member since 2008) and unless I provide my DL, SSN, and my bank statements customer service refuses to validate my existence AND I provided other information that was accepted and then rejected. Oh yes, I should be able to be validated when I log on while talking to customer service but that wasn't good enough either. What type of scam are you pulling?
