LifeLock service has been easy to use. I do not get multiple advertisements and only hear from LifeLock when there is an issue that they have identified. So far, in all cases, the issue was resolved at the time of the notification to me.

I've have seen and have tried a few so called personal data protection svcs out there. I do appreciate the fact that LifeLock sends me notification each time there are any suspicious activities regarding my private information. I trust LifeLock 100%.

LifeLock does not allow entry of enough credit cards - I have some store credit cards as well as some Visas and an American Express credit cards, but cannot enter them all. Also, I don't have every bank account set up on the internet with an ID and password - how do we handle those? LifeLock doesn't recognize every account provider, such as credit union accounts - there should be a way to enter an account LifeLock doesn't have listed yet in its data base. Neverthesless, overall, I like LifeLock thus far although I've not been a member very long, only a few months. It would be good if there were an on-line tutorial about how to get the most out of LifeLock.

I really appreciate LifeLock protecting me and my identity from those who would do my harm. There is nothing online that is not dangerous and there are people out there who would do anything to steal from you. They will take your identity and your bank acct if they can, but LifeLock protects you from this.

I appreciate that someone has my back and is checking all the time and reporting to me about my credit. I have had my identity stolen by a lawyer/friend that got themselves in trouble and decided to use my information to get a credit card to get themselves out of trouble. The credit card company sent them a card with my name to their address that they started using. No one seemed to care that this happened, not the credit card company, not the police, no laws to protect me. At least now I know immediately when someone applies for credit using my name to avoid the problems I had with my socialsecurity number.
