I was on the phone with direct tv for 55 minutes. when we discovered my debit card was declined. m email said my personel imfo was being used in lifelocks network. That was me trying to purchase a bundle package from att and direct tv which took me almost an hour to complete over a phone. Please tell me because you picked this up it didn't stop my purchase.

One of my credit cards was hacked for over $8,000.00. Luckily American Express was more on the ball than Bank of America. They called me to ask me if I had charged online and I said NO and they we able to stop the purchase before it was to late.

Life lock, I almost forgot I had you. This is the first time I have heard from you in a long long time. Apparently you must have hibernated for the winter. I have applied for credit and got NO alert from LifeLock. Good thing it was me and I got my card in the mail. I applied recently again and was advised that I would receive a notice in the mail regarding this application. Once again NO alert from LifeLock. I used to get alerts in the past, but I guess you are getting too big for your britches and can't keep up with your promises.

This service sounds good but doesn't live up to it's ads. I've made applications for credit several times and it;s bot shown up with them. I've had CreditKarma notify me about credit applications that were ignored by LifeLock. The only reason I maintain my membership is for the insurance that would be useful, if it's as advertised, to straighten things out if I ever have my identity stolen..
