I pay approximately $500/year for my family to be covered by LifeLock. It wasn't until I received notification of a new checking, savings account that was set up in my name with a debit card on its way, that I realized LifeLock does not catch it all. Apparently Discover does not "participate" with the company, which I did not know was an option, and therefore was able to bypass any alert from LifeLock at all. I actually called them. They did assist me in putting a complaint in and walked me through several phone calls, which was nice. But please be aware, this is not to be solely relied on for financial activity. Two large checks were cut from the checking account in my name, the checks were returned to me, and I even received a call from a collection agency. Clearly Discover needs to change how they do business to avoid money laundering.
I assume Lifelock helped.

I would give LifeLock 4 or 5 stars but seems like I am logging in to my account to re-log Lifelock back into my credit card accounts so they can monitor my accounts. This is a problem that LifeLock has not solved with me.

I have picked up fraudulent activity and contacted the credit card company. It was at least $4000. You sent me an email to say that no fraudulent activity had been found.
So far, I realize that I had false comfort that you were really doing your job.

I requested a mortgage refinance on my home through quicken loan. Credit Karma alerted me the moment my credit report was checked. Not even an email or a text from LifeLock. Every Time a charge is ran on my American Express, they send me a text, wells fargo sends a text. I know you don't have that type of monitoring, You should!

I do not ever hardly get any feedback from Lifelock about my personal information. I received a lot more from Equifax when I used them. My identity was stolen. Found out when we filed our annual income tax claim. Feel like I am not getting my monies worth or even not being monitored like I should be.
