When I called you with proof that my info had been stolen, you advised me to freeze my credit. Thats all. Period.

The monthly payment kept going up during the years. This is hard for people on fixed incomes.

Always changing level of services. Always baiting user for higher service $$$. Customer service not great like original LifeLock. Overall, not the same company as the original. Shop around.

I wasn't aware of the cost after the first year. Life Lock has slowed my system down, and I'm just not happy with Lifelock. I contaced Lifelock and cancelled my subscription after my currant subscription runs out. I wouls say anything bad about Lifelock, but it's just not for me.

absolutely terrible attitude

My ID has been compromised. I discover it first because the scammer is having the cards sent to me. Why didn't they catch it. Now I have to deal with the state of Maryland for fraudulant claiming benefits in my name. Even if I call Lifelock I am the one who has to cancel it. Maybe if they would email what they have stopped I'd be more satisfied but have gotten no notice of any misuse. So what does that say about your company.

Poor alerts and high prices

We tried the service several years ago. Through the year of service we had no contact with the LifeLock service. So we thought "all is well". At the end of the year, the fee went up substantially. We ended the service. Recently. when they had a new offer we tried it again. Why not? The price was under 100 dollars, again. However, we also have family that uses Experian. During the past year they have sent out multiple communications re: identifiers on the watch list that we asked them to keep an eye on, i.e. phone number or email, etc. (Why not have 2 watchdogs?) Yet, even though the same numbers are on the LifeLock watch list, we were not notified. Experian identified not only our phone number on the watch list, but they also provide the details of who is trying to use it. So it has me asking the question, was "all well" during that initial year we signed up..... when all was quiet? My second complaint is the pricing for what they do. It is primarily automated so why change the pricing at the end of the year? What heavy lifting do they do when computers do the primary work? In other words I don't mind a "fair" price for watching over my account, but the price increase is not justified. Thirdly, Experian is is free as it is offered through our bank. So the pricing seems a bit harsh when you are heading into the second year.

I have been trying to get some help with my account for some

Since they merged with Norton it is impossible to get someone from Life Lock to help you. You call Life Lock and get someone from Norton who has no knowledge of Life Lock. I would really like to talk to someone from Life Lock and Norton separately as I have questions for both companies.
