No alerts from LifeLock, last week when my credit card number was used from another source. Thank goodness the credit card company alerted me, or it could of been really bad. Both my bank debit cards were hacked. One this past December and another two weeks ago...heard nothing from LifeLock. Exactly what do you cover?

A year ago I was told that lifelock could do nothing when I was notified by the IRS that someone had already filed taxes for me. Therefore I had to notify and change all accounts etc. Last month someone used my credit card number for 2 transactions either online or phone except that there was not a phone number listed for the one merchant.
I do not have any idea what exactly it is that lifelock does.

My Identity was stolen 3 time in the last 4 years, people are trying to get credit cards and payday loans in my name, some are getting those cards and loans, never has LifeLock ever notified me. !st time ID stolen I was with Bank America, since BA was paying the membership fee, you didn't help me even to recover the overdraft fee that BoA were charging me. Last year I was one of the ones that ID was stolen from the IRS and Ashley Madison. Not once have you notified me that credit was being applied for under my name.

While using LifeLock my credit card was hacked. I was not notified by LifeLock. But luckily the credit card company caught it. Had to get a new credit card number and when my LifeLock came up for Renewal I had not changed the credit card number and they cancelled my service without notifying me that my credit card number on file was not good. When I caught onto it they wouldn't let me have the program I was on. Without paying a lot more money.
