Signing up for Life Lock Services was a breeze with the online help assist. All of my questions were answered. On the following day or two, I realized that I had forgotten to provide a sign up code which would have provided me with additional benefits. I contacted customer service via email and provided the forgotten code. I am happy to report that my request was taken care up without an issue. Thanks for the great service Life Lock.

Sunday 25th January 2015. Some person called stating that they represented card services and that a Hold had been placed on my card. Got account information expiration date and tried to get social..hung up phone. Called number onscreen: was a hotel in Galveston TX. Not the first to call about this situation. Contacted bank and Life Lock: all persons handling this complaint most gracious and helpful.
