The thing that I find annoying is the fact that the transactions reports do not give any details. You have to simultaneously look at your checking account to see what you're reporting. If the report said who was being paid, it would be most helpful.

Signed up for lifelock, got message at end that all was checked with my accounts, etc. and that all was well. Recommended daughter sign up, she was getting calls about people trying to open accounts in her name. She continues to get calls, and NO LIFELOCK alerts.

I'm a little disappointed that only major credit cards are covered in the program. Although you have a form we can use to organize our department store cards, for quick action if they're stolen, this isn't much help if our wallet is stolen while we're out of town. Who's going to carry that form around. In the least you could keep the information in your system so we can call and expedite canceling cards, etc.

I was pleased w the intial alerts of fraudulent activity and the initial response. However, when i brought add'l recent information concerning credit inquiries, i was told there was nothing that coulld be done by Lifelock. Only when actual accounts were set up using fraudulent information, could Lifelock take action. Frankly, that makes no sense. If you have information about fraudulent crdeit inquiries BEFORE the actual fraud(acc'ts set up) occurs it would seem that would be the opportune time to intervene on behalf of your customers to prevent the very damage you insure against. I was instructed to contacty the credit bureaus directly, which was a complete waste of time and effort.

Please note that last year about this time I found out that my identity had been compromised and that an individual had in fact applied for Unemployment Compensation through the State of Florida using my name and Soc. Sec. number. Unfortunately, Lifelock had no idea about it. The way I found out about it is that the State sends an inquiry to the employer-which was myself. I had to fight the machinery of the State (which liberally pre- approves fraudulent applications like this without prior inquiry) to get this fraudulent activity stopped.
