Life Lock had alerted me to an ID theft with a new application at Sprint. I called them with another ID theft account opened at Comcast (2nd time this has happened). Puzzling as to HOW this happens as my accounts are frozen since 2013. ALert team member was spot on - with making conference calls and giving me the 'run down' as to what will happen next.

My first call from LifeLock was only one day after it was activated. I had applied for a credit card at a big box store and cancealed my application afew miniutes later after I had second thoughts. Within minutes I was getting a call from LifeLock wanting to verify my activities. I was impressed at the speed of the responce that LifeLock was aware of suspicious activity.
