I couldn't wait to call my Mother to tell her the GREAT NEWS! I had applied online for a new credit card (a VISA) & less than 15 minutes later I received an email from LifeLock warning me of the application and asking me if I knew about it! What a wonderful, and welcome, surprise! The email doubled my security by asking me to confirm or deny that I knew of the application (which would've initiated the 1st round of further investigation had I denied knowledge, I'm certain).
I can't tell you HOW PLEASED & REASSURED I FEEL. I joined LifeLock only a couple of months ago and am THRILLED because I forgot I had it; but, it's doing its job behind the scenes, keeping me safe and protected! I'll be telling everyone I know how to protect themselves from most forms of Identity Theft and Fraud....with LifeLock!

I was in Best Buy November 2, 2014 to exchange a television that was covered by warranty. I was contacted by LifeLock soon after to see if was trying to open a new account at Citi Bank. I said no and was contacted by Citi Bank soon after to verify that fact. I was given the understanding that the application would be stopped.

I clicked the wrong button for PayPal and was denied credit. I did not think anything of it and went on to order the items another way.
