Since combining with Norton, Lifelock has become a second priority offering that costs more and lost its personal feel. I warned of my apprehension, prior to this merger, or acquisition. I was right, and I will not be renewing next year.

I'm not notified when my SS# is used or informed when I open a new account. Husband had someone get unemployment using his SS# and was not notified. I open a line of credit and wasn't notified. Yes it was me but I should of been notified!

The setup and configuration process is not smooth, be prepared to encounter errors during install. The VPN is terrible and not usable, it also not meant to be turned off. It is on by default and I had to remove the profile to get my iphone to work.

I also filed an incident, and never received any follow up or resolution.
I feel like I am paying my monthly fees for a vpn that I don't even use.

So I signed up because I wound up getting scammed by a very suspicious site with some other people involved who fooled me I really wish somebody from your organization would contact me and asked me for a link so they could check it out, I was hoping for something like that with this but I see no interaction

Every time I call for help or assistance, I'm connected to someone in the Philippines. And I'm told that they have no way to connect me to someone in America USA.

Used to be easy, but the integration with Norton is awkward. I had a family account with LifeLock, then upgraded to Norton, but only I have access to Norton, the rest of my family can only get LifeLock unless we unlink the billing. Too cumbersome.

Service does not exist, had to have Experian tell me that my info was on dark web,can never get into lifelock acct even talked once to customer svcs about it and it was the strangest ,nastiest ,encounter I have ever had with anyone and still would not get me into acct makes no sense.
