Someone hacked my Verizon account changed the plan, added another line and I thought Lifelock owed me an alert. On reflection I realize the fault lies with Verizon for letting someone into my account, there would have been no way for this to be noticed.

I received a letter from a company saying they were trying to collect a debt from me, for an account I never had.
I called Lifelock at 7pm.
They gave me suggestions and within the hour my problem was resolved.

It was unfortunate what has happened to us UPMC employee, but in the world of electronics, I guess it is not if, but when a breach will happen. Before I had Lifelock, I had over 10 attempts to get credit cards by someone to get credit cards in my name. One time it was successful and I had to battle with a credit card company to get the amount erased as I never had a credit card with them. Since I have had Lifelock, I have had no problems . Lifelock has always notified me when there is an attempt. Their one phone call takes care of everything. Great comfort and no wasted time.

I appreciate all your organization does, and so far your service has been very comforting. However, when I advised of a letter I received recently just in case it was something LifeLock should look into, I received a very generic, form letter response. Although most likely it was, this did not instill confidence that the letter in question was considered or noted.
Mostly, I'm writing this to nudge you to consider reviewing your response policy. Otherwise, thanks very much for all your efforts!
