You send updates and I can't log on. Nothing I try works. After a few tries, your system locks me out. Once I'm locked out, that's it for me. Nothing I try works. Called your help desk. That's another JOKE. He couldn't reset my account. He just kept sending me in circles. Same problem for my wife. Can't access her account. We signed up on Aug 11, 2015 We have noticed that you are able to take money every month, however no help is available. PLEASE CLOSE BOTH OUR ACCOUNTS, since we can't log in, this whole thing is completely worthless to us. Perhaps we are to DUMB to understand how to access either account.

both me and my husband got emails from some payday loans about loans we was trying to get WE NEVER TRYED OR OPEN ONE UP AND WE NEVER GOT ANY INFO ABOUT THIS FROM LIFE LOCK ONLY REASON WE FOUIND OUT WAS FROM THE EMAILS FROM THE PAYDAY COMPANY THEY DO NOTHING SAVE YOUR MONEY ALL THEY DO IT CHARGE YOU AND DO NOTHING BUT GET RICH OFF US LIFE LOCK IS A SCAM ALL THE WAY

For the first couple of months after I signed up with Lifelock they were great about sending me texts on account activity then it slowed to a trickle and then to nothing. I mean nothing. I receive notices from my financial institutions set to the same threshold of Lifelock and I still receive nothing from Lifelock. I will probably cancel the service because there is nothing more irritating than paying for something that is already passed. I don't want to pay for all the other "Premium" packages when I don't receive what I am paying for in the Advantage package.

This survey asks about me character items that Life Lock already knows. Why do it twice. I won't be renewing with Life Lock. It was a total waste of my time and my money.

I use the term "Service" grudgingly. I stopped receiving any kind of alert over 2 weeks ago and have made a LOT of transactions for which I have been alerted in the past. Contacted customer service and after a lot of excuses, was told that an incident report would be submitted. Well, the next day after not hearing anything, I called again. I found no incident report was submitted buy merely some notes were put on my account. Again, more excuses, million dollar guarantee, blah blah, but no time frame on when the service for which I am paying LifeLock to do would be restored. I've opened an IRA and moved lots of money - not a word from LifeLock. The supervisor's suggestion to me: keep monitoriing all of my accounts until I start getting alerts again from LifeLock. WHAT?!!! But trust them - they'll put the incident report in this time. So I was lied to by customer support of a company that I'm supposed to trust to keep my identity safe - wow!
