I am happy with Lifelock because I don't worry about the accounts that it covers. I have one bank that apparently doesn't "recognize" Lifelock, so that one is not covered. I do wish there was some way to change that situation. Otherwise, Lifelock makes me feel secure.

I generally keep track of my important information and be sure it gets shredded if I discard any of it. In spite of these precautions it is nice to know Lifelock is watching my back in case anything gets out there that thieves can get ahold of and use.

I have been satisfied with your service, except for the Q&A session when opting to upgrade my service. You have me and my wife down as having lived in multiple locations that are NOT correct. We are your customer, we know where we have lived for the past 60+ years. We got all three credit reports and they do NOT show all the addresses you have. We have lived in our current address since July 1986, which you show multiple dates. Can you please have someone call us so you can clean up you files. Our last upgrade took us hours just to upgrade because of all the incorrect addresses on your file. Please correct!

When a notification p;ops up each month that no fraudulent activity has been noted I get the sense that something is working in the background on my behalf. Always good yo know! I have noted that if something fraudulent was uncovered, L>ifeLock would make that notification instantly so that a correction or resolution could be set in place.
