I have had problems with Life Lock not able to monitor several of my credit cards even though the passwords are up to date and I tried every way possible to link them up. When I have called for assistance, I get someone with a difficult accent to understand. It is very frustrated trying to deal with the problem and being told that they can not help.
I will not renew my subscription this year.

It's ok. The website is difficult to use. I pay for my husband and I each year. One day, all of his information disappeared out of our LifeLock account. When I called, the representative said my husband has his own separate account. No he doesn't. He has never seen the LifeLock website. So now my husband isn't being protected, but we are paying for two people. The representative was not helpful.

When I signed up for Lifelock, my financial institution was Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo has since discontinued operations in Fort Wayne, and Lifelock does not cover my City/County Federal Credit Union.

I waited -30 minutes fir you to release a hold on my credit. I didnt get code text for 30 min abd then I had to get a call with code. Then the charge went through. Clerk was ready to scream.
