I opened a new account with Shell for a credit card and never was notified by Lifelock. Gave all of my vital info to Shell including ss#, etc. I thought that part of the service was to notify me of events like this.

I was looking at increasing my coverage level but cannot see the value. The difference in coverage is not clear to me. What value is you having my credit card numbers if the card company tracks charges? What additional protection do you offer on the credit cards?
My Lifelock service level is "Command Center" but it is not listed above. So, what level do I have?
I receive numerous sex offender notices which do not interest me.
