So far we are pleased with everything. My only complaint is the alerts coming to my phone & computer at midnight or after. Most times I am on my way to bed & have shut the computer down. I cannot access any of my bank accounts or credit cards with my phone because I feel it is too easy for someone to sync or clone my phone, therefore I have to check any alerts on the computer. I am totally pleased with the reaction times so far.

Our Electricity provider was changed...but not by us. Once we realized that whoever did this had a lot of information, we called Life Lock. The agent immediately went into action making the appropriate calls while I was still on the phone. I went from tears of panic to 'this is gonna be OK" . They really did what they said they would. Happy to be a client.

I was having problems getting my profile 100% completed. I sent Lifelock a message a they responded in a timely manner and told me what to do and problem was resolved. I recently was the victim of a scam and was referred from another lifelock client to become of member . After researching and realizing all the things you can do and all the reports you can pull, I anxiously became a member. I feel very well protected .
