His experience in consumer strategy at Bain & Company and leadership roles at eBay shaped his customer-centric approach to securing experiences for millions of buyers and sellers. His career highlights a strong track record of solving consumer challenges, with a focus on digital safety.

Ian graduated from Cornell University and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Outside of work, he enjoys high-adrenaline activities like hiking, snowboarding, and scuba diving.
