I've been on the phone with someone overseas for 20 minutes and can't get my questions answered because of a language barrier. How can you have customer service when you can't communicate with your representative. I've been a member now for many years and this iss no way to treat your customers. I've been paying for years. Unfortunately still paying and not even sure why anymore. Found fraudulent activity one again, never notified by LifeLock. And when I brought it to their attention. No one could help. Even having it escalated was no help. It's honestly pointless. Don't waste your money.

this is the absolute worst website. can't log in. keeps asking you to put a check in a box then it does that about 4 times and then logs you back out. get multiple alerts but can't log in to check them. Horrible website.

Not getting Help

I got a message that a notification from Life Lock of a likely breach of my identity at a company called Arvest. I contacted Arvest and they had no knowledge of me or a possible beach. In spite of the fact that there is no resolution of this incident. My norton inbox shows this as a "dismissed" item. How can this be dismissed when it is not resolve? The Life Lock email to me acknowledged that I hadn't given any information to Arvest and again Arvest., acknowledged from their that they didn't even know who I was (although I asked them to at least take my name), which they did).This is certainly not an incident that should be described as dismissed. Can you help me?

Impossible to contact

I had peace of mind, but it is impossible to contact LifeLock to ask a question. It just goes round and round. That is a horrible way to treat someone who has been a customer for 20+ years. I cannot recomment LifeLock to anyone. They just take your money and never respond. There is no way to contact except through a review.
