What They Do If They Can't Help Your Identity Theft

I just got an email that if they can't restore my identity they will refund a year's worth of premium. How does that help? The reason I have this policy is because they guarantee $1M of fix protection. How is $450 replacing that? I recently got a notice from Discover of a 50k loan taken out in my name - LifeLock hasn't said a word about it. How does my free monitoring from Discover catch something that LifeLock doesn't. What am I paying for? I also have had several scam emails claiming to be Norton to get my credit card info. How is LifeLock not able to protect themselves from being used for a scam?

Do not use this company. they will scam you out of $129. then renew you after you noticed them not to renew and credit card company will not dispute the charges.
