Received an alert today about changes to a bank account. Unable to log in attempted numerous time with passcode but unable to get in. Open new account at mr bank a week ago not May 4. Unable to verify which bank. Extremely frustrated and upset

After years of throwing my money out the window by initiating LifeLock services, I finally stopped their withdrawals. Over 3 times I identified fraud but not once did LifeLock. To get a satisfactory human response is almost impossible. After, I discovered the breaches, they sent an email that the issue was resolved (and at time is was not.) Sincerely, don't waste your money. There are much more proficient and honest companies that really do help when you are in need.

No way to talk to a live person

Not flexible with changing plans

The salesperson said we had 30 days to change plans however to do so you must cancel/refund current plan, loosing all data. And sign up for new plan, re-enter all data again. For such a high tech company that is protecting all our info I now have doubts about their capabilities when they cant simply change a plan from family to individual without all the re-work. The ultimate plus plan is not worth it if you have a chrome book or if you have a family member that can not utilize all the features (ie. parent without credit cards or phone/computer).

Language problems

The major problem I find with LifeLock is I can't understand what they are saying. When I Initially called I spoke with a person that spoke American style English but if you call with a problem your put on the phone with someone that speaks English as a second language. I can't understand them so I cancel my account with them

Credit Card Breach without notification

I have a list of credit cards under the protection of Lifelock, yet one of my credit cards was compromised with no notification or alert. I pay for a service that claims to protect against fraudulent charges. I am very disappointed.
