Not flexible with changing plans

The salesperson said we had 30 days to change plans however to do so you must cancel/refund current plan, loosing all data. And sign up for new plan, re-enter all data again. For such a high tech company that is protecting all our info I now have doubts about their capabilities when they cant simply change a plan from family to individual without all the re-work. The ultimate plus plan is not worth it if you have a chrome book or if you have a family member that can not utilize all the features (ie. parent without credit cards or phone/computer).

Language problems

The major problem I find with LifeLock is I can't understand what they are saying. When I Initially called I spoke with a person that spoke American style English but if you call with a problem your put on the phone with someone that speaks English as a second language. I can't understand them so I cancel my account with them

Credit Card Breach without notification

I have a list of credit cards under the protection of Lifelock, yet one of my credit cards was compromised with no notification or alert. I pay for a service that claims to protect against fraudulent charges. I am very disappointed.

Horrendous experience

I received an email that my identity may be compromised due to irregular activity. I accidentally clicked "Yes I recognize this" instead of "No, Review Details" and it updated the status of this notification to "dismissed". There is no way on my end to change this status and find out next steps to deal with this irregular activity. Not to mention no way to contact a human at this hour. Also, I initially thought the email was phishing because the listed activity was under tomorrow's date, and Norton's copyright in the signature is from 2023. So tbh I'm still not sure if I'm being scammed. Would appreciate if a representative reached out to me for help. And lastly, their functionality to email a 1 time code to get into my account is broken...
